Cann Valley Bush Nursing Centre is an incorporated, community-based, not-for-profit organisation governed by a volunteer Committee of Management. The Committee’s role is to oversee the delivery of services, set the strategic directions and to uphold the organisation’s values. The Committee is responsible and accountable for ensuring that the Centre performs well, is solvent and complies with all its legal, financial and ethical obligations.

11 meetings are held each calendar year. No meeting is held in January with the Committee on annual break.
